Terms of Service
These terms cover the Sofros habit-tracking apps: Everyday Routines, Centered, New Year's Resolutions 2027, and Lent 2027, including their widgets and Apple Watch apps ("the apps").
Using the apps
By downloading or using the apps you agree to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store terms.
Purchases
Some apps offer a one-time in-app purchase that raises the number of habits you can track. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's payment terms; refund requests go through Apple, not Sofros. Purchases unlock features in the specific app they were made in.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your personal iCloud account — see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (for example via iCloud or device backups).
Fair use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, and not to use them in any way that breaks the law.
No professional advice
The apps help you track habits and routines. They do not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for it.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features or apps at any time. Seasonal apps (such as the yearly Resolutions and Lent editions) are designed for a specific year and may not receive updates beyond their season.
Disclaimer and liability
The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofros is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
